SUGE KNIGHT’S FIANCEE SENTENCED TO 3 YRS IN PRISON…
For her role in setting up the interviews with the producers of the new docu-series Death Row Chronicles, the ex-fiancee of Marion “Suge” Knight will spend the next three years in prison, according to a Los Angeles County judge.
Despite her pleas for leniency, Toi-Lin Kelly was sentenced to three years for assisting Knight in corresponding, communicating and eventually setting his interview with the two producers of the Death Row Records tell-all. A judge previously prohibited Suge from having communication with anyone except his attorney representing him for his upcoming trial for 2015 murder of Terry Carter and the attempted murder of his associate, actor Cle “Bone” Sloan on the set of Straight Outta Compton.
Sloan, a former LA gang member, is best known for his roles in Training Day and Brooklyn’s Finest.
Last week, the judge issued a warrant for the phone of Nora Donaghy, one of the series’ producers, asserting that Knight broke the law by giving an interview to Donaghy when he is only allowed to be in correspondence with his attorney. Toi-Lin Kelly violated that order by setting up the interview for Dognaghy and her partner with the former Death Row Records CEO.
Prosecutors maintain say Suge, his lawyer Matthew Fletcher and Kelly conspired to leak the field video for $55,000.
The former CEO that simultaneously had control over the careers of Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre and the late Tupac Shakur, has now been sitting in solitary confinement for three years until his scheduled April murder trial.
Death Row Chronicles is scheduled to air on February 20. Giztzzz… mAdE t.V!
