BIRDMAN IS BEING SUED BY PRODUCER FOR LIL WAYNE's "THA CARTER" ALBUMS…

Birdman3

According to mAdE t.V sources, Birdman has another stack of court papers headed his way as he and his Cash Money empire are being sued by New York producer DVLP.

DVLP, also known as Develop, is taking the matter into legal hands for a whopping $200,000 he says Baby owes him for his work on former Cash Money affiliate Lil Wayne’s albums, including Tha Carter series. The 37-year-old producer is also credited for some of Weezy’s highly-acclaimed hits such as “Fireman” and “Hustler Muzik.” In a surprising twist to the usual Cash Money/Birdman lawsuit saga, mAdE t.V sources, got their hands on a thread of alleged text messages between DVLP and Baby. From the SMS convo, it seems Birdman is blowing him off for the lump sum he was asked to cough up. As Birdman consistently reassures him with “I’m getting you paid” and “You gon’ get that 200k,” DVLP apparently becomes more restless by the minute.

“I know you call yourself the #1 Stunna and you got your own style how to handle things,” DVLP allegedly wrote in the text. “I’m a young exec with a lot of action that could be making money for you. Rather than work with me, you’re playing. I could’ve helped you out big time. I don’t get it I thought you were smarter than that.”
