CHILD MOLESTATION CASE AGAINST MICHAEL JACKSON DROPPED!

molestation claim

The estate of Michael Jackson has one less lawsuit to deal with. A judge has thrown out the child molestation suit brought by Wade Robson, after ruling that the Australian choreographer waited too long to bring forward his claims.

Robson, 32, a former dancer for Jackson and many other pop stars, claimed Jackson molested him between 1990 and 1997, despite previously denying it under oath. That testimony was given as part of the 2005 molestation case against Jackson, during which several witnesses claimed they had seen Robson and Jackson together

The dancer brought his own case against the King of Pop in 2013, four years after Jackson’s death, claiming he had a breakthrough in therapy that jogged his memory of the sexual abuse. “I began to recognize for myself that Jackson had molested me,” Robson claimed in a sworn statement. “I first spoke about the sexual activity I had with Jackson. This revelation initiated an enormous emotional, psychological and physiological upheaval in my life that continues until this day.”

Jackson’s estate has denied the allegations…                    .          Giztzzz…                mAdE t.v!
