UPDATE ON SUGE KNIGHT…
Not everyone feels Suge Knight deserves mercy – especially the site managers over at GoFundMe.com. After one dedicated fan by the name of KJ Simpson started a “Help Bail Out Suge Knight Fund” campaign on the popular crowd-funding site, it was removed yesterday for unexplained reasons.
Simpson opened the campaign just two days after Knight was arrested (Jan. 29) for a hit-and-run in Compton that resulted in one death and another injured.
“Suge is in Lockup for a simple misunderstanding,” the campaign originally read. “Please help put together the $202,500 to help get him out. If we fall short we will just put the money on his books. please help.”
When the campaign was removed, Simpson had raised a total of $0. One can credit this to the amount of expletive language in the comments directed towards Knight, or the fact that someone died because of Knight’s actions. Either way, the chance for his fans to show their loyalty is gone.
Early February, Knight’s bail was completely revoked (as stated by his attorney James E. Blatt) and raised to $25 million in late March… Giztzzz… mAdE t.V!
